SB 2805 – AN ACT TO PROHIBIT PYRAMID PROMOTIONAL SCHEMES; TO REGULATE RECRUITING LITERATURE AND INFORMATION OF BONA FIDE INVENTORY REPURCHASE

PROGRAMS;

SB 2474 – AN ACT TO CREATE THE MISSISSIPPI COMPANION ANIMAL ABUSE REGISTRY ACT TO APPLY TO DOMESTICATED DOGS AND CATS; AND TO REQUIRE CREATION OF AN ONLINE REGISTRY OF OFFENDERS;

SB 2685 – AN ACT TO PROHIBIT NONCOMPETE AGREEMENTS IN PHYSICIAN CONTRACTS;

SB 2590 – AN ACT TO REQUIRE NEW OR USED ALL-TERRAIN VEHICLES TO BE TITLED WHEN SOLD BY A DEALER;
